  Usually not too busy. Clientele average age is over 60. Lots of cardio equipment. However no stair climber. Both machines and free weights avaliable. Bathrooms are always clean. Full service shower. Trx station, punching bag, Smith machines, squat racks. Ect.

  This is a very peaceful and small gym. It has the right amount of weights and machines. JP is the manger and he’s pretty nice and helpful.
